The registration code is based on a unique Product ID for the system onto which you are installing the software. As a result, a new registration code will be required for every PC or when installing onto a new PC.
A new registration code will also be required if you have formatted your hard drive or reinstalled your Windows Operating System.
In order to obtain a new registration code for your software, please submit a ticket to our support team and provide the following information:
- Your printer model
- The type of ink inserted in your printer
- The software you are wanting to register
- The product ID displayed in the registration window
