CreativeStudio is wholly dependent upon Virtuoso Print Manager to handle the printing of the files it creates. Without Virtuoso Print Manager, CreativeStudio's output cannot be sent to your printer. If you have sent a file to print, and it has not printed, please see the two possible reasons below:
Virtuoso Print Manager Isn't Running: You will want to ensure the Virtuoso Print Manager software is running. If not, the output file will download to your computer but no further action will be taken. On Windows, the Virtuoso Print Manager icon will appear in your system tray. Depending upon your version of Windows and/or your taskbar settings, this icon may be hidden (you'll click the up-arrow to Show Hidden Icons to ensure the Virtuoso Print Manager icon is present). If you do not see this icon, please launch Virtuoso Print Manager from your Start Menu or desktop shortcut icon.
Something Else Is Wrong: If Virtuoso Print Manager is running, but nothing is printing, there may be an underlying issue causing this. Please ensure that the Virtuoso Print Manager print dialog appeared and that the proper printer was selected. If you did not see this window, please close and relaunch Virtuoso Print Manager.
